I personally think they do as I have experienced it… they sent me all information APART from information regarding sanctions etc. relevant to an appeal. So, it has been 6 weeks since my First tier Social Security and Child Support Appeal Tribunal regarding Sanctioned Jobseekers Allowance. No sign of any payment and also no contact from DWP or Jobcentre Plus about it. Is this common for everyone who goes to an Appeal Tribunal?
