Please be patient with the new site - especially comment designs - but it seems to work ok...

So… Flexible New Deal provider TNG (Training Network Group) uses Open Source (free*) software to run its website. However, TNG hides such copyright notice by commenting it (keeping it in the source code but ensuring it isn’t displayed on the webpage) out however leaving the message “Website design by Avanta Marketing Department” rather clearly.

Of course, just because its powered by Joomla doesn’t mean Avanta Marketing Department didn’t  design it.

They should give Joomla a link back on thir site. This Avanta mob sound like a right shower. Do they own TNG? If, so I rest my case

    • Avanta = InBiz and TNG.

Obviously every website has a design (regardless of how simple)

Dynamic websites have a script to power it.

Leaving out the copyright message isn’t what bothers me – after all Joomla only requires copyright message in the source code – however, stating the website was designed by Avanta ~ and no Joomla notice, falsely gives the impression Avanta are solely responsible and steals the credit IMO.

  3. Oh yeah – they have no copyright notice although they did try to use a copyright symbol followed by “Flexible New Deal” to stuff the keyword in. I guess Jobcentre Plus told them not to as it implies they are superior provider of Flexible New Deal.
