On Flexible New Deal if you should receive a letter of notification from your Flexible New Deal provider stating that they have refered you to a decision maker for a Flexible New Deal sanction for whatever reason they should enclose the following guidance called ESL48JP.

Opposing Work for Your Benefit scheme. Work for Your Benefit scheme bypasses the National Minimum Wage; will result in jobs lost at councils and replaced with free labour; is against Human Rights on the right to choose labour; will result in similar work to that done for Community Service without a crime ever happening; strong sanctions regime (imagine not being paid for a month because you missed out on a single target at work); is a new mild form of slavery; which has no place in our society. Conservatives intend to go ahead with the Work for Your Benefit pilot.
