Oh, that’s a shame!
new deal is nothing more then a tyrants’ paradise, give a individual with little knowledge a little power of people and they will abuse others’
when they cannot come up with genuine solutions they come up with problems for those unemployed on these schemes through often personal abuse.
as the saying goes.
“where there is a scheme there is a schemer”
this is proved by A4e and its underhanded tactics of attempted cover ups of its employees’ activities’ through the media. this creates even more interest in this “organisation”.like emma harrison on her website on a clothes peg hanging washing line picture, should be hung out to dry once and for all over this scandal.
this along with others brought the whole idea of new deal a 75 billion complete waste and should be closed forth width in the interest of the taxpayer.
the plain truth is the jobs that have disappeared in the last twenty nine years such as manufacturing have never been replaced.
i hope this site continues to act for common sence and brings the truth about the wastes’ both human and financial of goverernment.
Great news! I check this site and its cousin ‘Watching A4e’ almost daily now!
I’m not sure about Flexible New Deal.
Why isn’t the actual government dealing with it? Why are they ‘contracting’ it out. What will the contracters have to do, do they have targets is it a case of if the contractors don’t get enough people a job then they won’t get paid?
Who are the ones that do the contracts, how do they administer it if they haven’t been doing it. How do they know how to get people back into work?
I’m looking for a job and wonder about this ‘new deal’ approach.
Thanks for any information.
Hi
I was totally gob smacked at the whole New Deal scheme. They wanted me to sit around and do NOTHING for 13 weeks. I’m already a qualified secretary and did not need any training – I just wanted a job or placement as they call it. Well, I managed 3 days (or at least 1 hr per day) and then I just had to leave (forever). The whole thing is a farce and a complete waste of money. Nobody but nobody was interested. Everyone just sat around.
New deal was the shittest thing I have EVER done. Well it was very boring, but I became an expert at this online rugby game, and at the end of the three months I could score from half way across the pitch! Thank you to the taxpayers for making me brilliant at online rugby kicking. Well worth £1000…
Got bigger and better things planned. Don’t think we are going away! This include more criticism etc. on New Deal and Flexible New Deal.
